Mr. Roof is an Orlando native and a trial lawyer at Morgan & Morgan's Orlando office, representing victims of personal injury caused by others.
Mr. Roof has dedicated his legal career to providing focused and successful representation to clients that have been wronged by others. Mr. Roof's passion for representing the injured and the innocent dates back to his admiration of his grandfather, a small-town trial lawyer who represented small farmers against powerful agri-business corporations.
Mr. Roof obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. During law school, Mr. Roof competed to win a place on the UF Law Trial Team and continued to refine his trial experience during an internship serving as a prosecutor at Orlando's Office of the State Attorney. Mr. Roof wrote onto one of the school's top law review publications and graduated top of his class with cum laude honors - all while also obtaining an MBA from UF's Warrington College of Business.
After law school, Mr. Roof fought for local entrepreneurs who were victims of fraud and other illegal wrongdoing, while helping to secure favorable outcomes for clients at mediation, trial, and arbitration.
Mr. Roof now aggressively pursues claims to protect the best interests of the injured and the innocent in and around Central Florida. Mr. Roof takes great pride in providing exceptional client service by ensuring each client is informed of their legal options and updated on the status of their case.
