I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Harrell a week ago. I never heard back to confirm the appointment through his office, so I called the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be willing to meet with me and help me discuss my minor daughter’s case. The secretary put me on hold, came on and said, “yes, we will be happy to see you today at your scheduled time.” I showed up for the appointment on time, only to have the secretary come out and say “I’m sorry, but he doesn’t feel like he can help you.” The law office didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to cancel, even though I called the same morning to verify.
