Wade B. Hammett, a lifelong resident of the Greater New Orleans area, attended college at the University of Southern California and graduated from there, cum laude, in 1994, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy with an emphasis on ethics. Mr. Hammett received his Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2007.
Mr. Hammett presently is admitted to the Louisiana Bar and he also is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in Louisiana as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hammett has experience in motion practice and trial before Louisiana district courts and in oral arguments before Louisiana's district and appellate courts, and before various federal courts, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Mr. Hammett also has experience in arbitration.
