I hired this man after meeting him at the court house. His presence brought a air of authority into the room. I though no worries here. In the end we were left with no representation concerning the closing arguments’ that were to be delivered to the Judge by our lawyer with-in two weeks after the court was adjourned. All arguments were only considered on the other parties behalf. Six month later he filed the closing arguments to the court. Than sent me a bill for $15000 than he retired? What would you do?
