Wayne Carrabus has been my attorney for over a year now, helping me deal with the illness and death of my brother. I am out of state and he was recommended to me by one of my brother’s friends. Wayne has been a lifesaver as I don’t know how I could have managed without him. Wayne is a bright young guy dealing with these issues in a firm dedicated to end of life issues, so he is very knowledgeable. On the rare occasion when he didn’t know something, he was able to check with one of his senior partners, who were also VERY supportive. When I was ready to sell my brother’s house, Wayne had a colleague specializing in real estate, and that made life easier as well.The team were somewhat less helpful in dealing with securities, which surprised me, given that they specialize in estates, but perhaps not large ones. Another factor to consider: Wayne and his staff return phone calls promptly, and answer e-mails promptly as well. If you want a nice guy who will listen to you, tell you your options, and be willing to work with you, whatever it takes, Wayne is your guy. If you want the stereotypical aggressive, fast-talking New York lawyer who can help you screw your family, you might want to go elsewhere.

Wayne has been my attorney for years. He is very knowledgeable, never afraid to say I am not sure, let me find out for sure. He bends over backwards to accommodate your schedule. He presents all options very clearly and never pressures you for a decision. He will guide you as to your best option. He cares very deeply for his clients. He is very honest and reputable.
