Will Green

Mr. Green was born in Atlanta and raised in nearby Gwinnett County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2009. He earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University in 2014. Mr. Green is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has also been admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Additionally, he is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Middle District of Georgia.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Green practiced workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insurers, and third-party administrators throughout Georgia. Mr. Green also spent time as a criminal defense attorney, representing individuals accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes in State and Superior Courts throughout Georgia. Mr. Green uses his experience representing insurance companies and the criminally accused to aggressively advocate for the rights of his clients. Will is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals injured as a result of someone else’s negligence.

Outside of practicing law, Mr. Green is an avid sports fan. He loves attending sporting events and rooting for Atlanta sports teams and the University of Georgia Bulldogs. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, and camping in the mountains of North Georgia and spending time with family.
