      Biography

      Will Partin's approach to cases is both detail oriented, and knowledgeable. His commitment to the clients he serves is evident through the hard work and dedication he puts into every case he handles.

      Will grew up in Louisville, Alabama, and continues to reside in this small, rural Barbour County community. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Jones School of Law. While he was attending law school, Will worked for former Circuit Judge Bill Robertson, and later upon graduation he clerked for current Circuit Judge L. Burt Smithart.

      While Will has been involved with the legal system for many years, he has worked in numerous other capacities. He has been employed with several prominent companies, many of which are still viable in the community in which he and the offices of Penn & Seaborn are located.

      Will's extensive work experience includes: Boyd Brothers Transportation, Inc., Price Brothers Gas Company, Inc., Southeast Wood Treating, Inc., Bonnie Plant Farm, and Keystone/Equity Group, LLC. His wide-ranging work experience has proven to be an asset to his work at Penn & Seaborn. His insider's perspective in many different areas of industry coupled with his knowledge and understanding of agricultural and industrial equipment and machines have been extremely valuable in his law practice.

      In his professional career with Penn & Seaborn, Will has been involved in numerous cases that have included several different aspects of law. His expertise includes personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and criminal defense. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice, the Third Judicial Circuit Bar Association, and he is a graduate of Leadership Barbour Class V. Will is admitted to practice in all State Courts of Alabama, as well as the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Federal Court in Alabama. His life time connection to his community and his involvement with so many facets of the area benefit clients significantly.

      In his personal time Will enjoys spending time with his family, his friends, and his dog. Will enjoys hunting, spending time at the lake, and working at the farm.
