Areas of practice: Wrongful death, Personal Injury, Truck and automobile accident cases and medical mal-practice cases (Just this year settled a case against a behavioral hospital for three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) anywhere in the State of Texas. Dealing with Insurance companies in Texas is difficult as they are dishonest and getting money from them takes hard/dedicated work.

Our law firm has two board certified personal injury attorneys and one board certified labor law attorney. We are capable of communicating in Spanish, Russian & Swiss/German. We do our own work and do not transfer our cases out side of our law firm to outside attorneys.

Free consultations and we do not make a fee unless our client wins by settlement or by jury award. We never make more than our client.

      • Contingent Fees - We charge a 33 /3 % contingency fee prior to filing the law suit if a case is settled. We charge a 40% contingency fee after filing a law suit and the case is settled after a substantial amount of litigation work is done on the case and/or we try the case in court. If we file the law suit and the insurance company settles the case (to our client's satisfaction) we only charge the 33 1/3 % contingency fee.
      • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information - Most law firms' contingency fees go up to 40% immediately after the law suit is filed. We do not.
