Bill Beck joined the firm in 1997 and his practice areas include litigation, commercial law, construction law, insurance, personal injury, intellectual property and government.
After graduating from law school, Bill served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable William G. Cambridge, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
Bill is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, and the Second Circuit Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the South Dakota Defense Lawyers Association.
