William H. Croft is a life long resident of Sumter County. After Graduating from law school he spent almost five years as a prosecutor in Sumter for the Third Judicial Circuit's Solicitors Office. After spending the next two years in Charleston working exclusively in the field of Workers Compensation Defense, he returned to Sumter to open his own firm in 2004, expanding his practice to also cover real estate transactions and personal injury. He is a member of the Sumter County and South Carolina Bar Associations, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the Injured Workers Advocates. He is a past president of the Sumter Rotary Club; current Chairman of the Wilson Hall School Board of Trustees, a member of the Sumter YMCA Board of Trustees, a member of Any Length Recovery Board of Trustees and has served as Deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Sumter. He is married to Elyn Croft and has two active teenage children.
