Biography
I gew up in Spartanburg and remained here until I graduated from Wofford College in 2002. After graduating from law school at the University of South Carolina, I served as a law clerk for a Circuit Court judge and then returned to Spartanburg and worked as a prosecutor under Trey Gowdy. In 2007, I decided to go into general practice with Burts Turner & Rhodes. While I practice in multiple areas of law, I spend most of my time handling Family Court matters [divorce, custody, support], personal injury cases, probate matters [wills and estates], contract work, and DUI charges.

- Free Consultation - Our firm will provide free consultations for personal injury matters and DUI charges. Because of the complexities with Family law and the amount of time given during an initial consultation, we do charge a nominal consultation fee for Family law matters.
- Credit Cards Accepted
- Contingent Fees - Contingency fees are allowed in certain cases, although the Rules of Professional Responsibility limit a lawyer's ability to allow contingency fees. Usually this form of payment is limited to personal injury claims.
- Rates, Retainers and Additional Information - We understand that hiring an attorney can be expensive, and there are situations where people are in serious need of representation. We try to keep fees down, and under certain circumstances, we will allow payment plans.
