Mr. Potter's practice focuses on civil litigation in the State Courts of Massachusetts. He began his career at Tang & Maravelis with a focus on motor vehicle liability, premise liability, general litigation, and products liability. During his law school tenure, Mr. Potter served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Ricciuti in the Superior Court of Massachusetts, research assistant to Professor Michael Rustad (Thomas F. Lambert Jr. Professor of Law and Co-Director Intellectual Property Law Concentration), and as a student prosecutor in the Dorchester Division of the Boston Municipal Court.
