William Taylor Payne

I am a native of Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from law school at Samford University in 1977 and entered private law the same year.

I have spent the last 44 years representing clients in auto accidents, tractor trailer collisions, premises liability (lack of security at apartments and crimes committed against residents and guests), as well as defective shoe cases and resulting foot, ankle and leg injuries, especially shoes made in China.

I have had hundreds of jury trials over this time period and I am a graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute which promotes a more modern approach to jury trials by focusing on safety rule violations, foreseeability of results of safety rule violations and endangerment of the general public, especially in tractor trailer collisions.
