Zach grew up in Tulsa. He attended Cascia Hall and graduated in 2006. He then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Zach subsequently commissioned as a United States Army Officer. As an active duty officer, Zach led and managed upwards of two hundred soldiers at a time. Zach was consistently rated as a top officer within his units with his last evaluation stating that he was a "top 5% officer with unlimited potential."
Upon leaving the force, Zach returned to Tulsa to work with his father in his practice of law. Zach attended the University of Tulsa School of Law. While there, Zach was a member of the Tulsa Law Review writing on the First Amendment, Social Media, and freedom of speech. Zach graduated TU with honors. Within the legal profession, Zach is principally interested in trial work, criminal and civil, and complex litigation. As an attorney, he has been selected to be a part of the Marquis Who's Who list of professionals in America, and he has been awarded the title of "Top 10 Under 40 Attorney" for Criminal Defense by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys. His firm has been named by Expertise.com as a top criminal defense firm in Tulsa.
Personally, Zach likes to travel and is interested in cultures comparatively. He has traveled Europe many times, and he has particularly traveled to Brazil seventeen (17) times. Zach has competed as both an amateur and professional in Mixed Martial Arts, and he currently holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He enjoys training and physical culture. Zach also loves music, the guitar, and animals, especially his rescued American Pit Bull Terrier, Stanley.
