Zach is an associate at Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Judicial Appeals Office of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) from 2005 until 2007. Mr. Stolz is a member of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA). He received a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2005, and a B.A. from Rockhurst University in 2002.
Zach primarily handles appeals and arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA). He has represented over three hundred veterans to date and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for NOVA.
