Zachary Perecman has always possessed an innate desire to become a trial lawyer. Learning from his father, Attorney David Perecman, his passion for civil litigation grew. Throughout law school, he showed strong promise as a litigator, and excelled in trial advocacy training. While still in law school, Zachary joined Civil Justice Through the Courts, a program that allowed him to work directly with the Center for Justice and Democracy. In this capacity, he fought to protect the laws that provide protections for New Yorkers, specifically Labor Law 240(1) and two U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding prescription drugs.
Zachary worked at The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C. in New York City throughout both college and law school, joining the firm as an attorney upon admission to the New York Bar in 2015. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association. He is passionate about advocating for the rights of his clients in all case types, including construction, serious injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, and more.
