My experience with John Foy and associates was nothing short of a horrific, emotional disaster. My mother was dropped on her head by a medical transportation company in 2020 during covid. After she was released to go home in 2021, she signed a contractual agreement in July 2021 with John Foys law firm that stated they would represent her as she pursued a lawsuit to prove premise liability against the at fault parties. Because my mother was dealing with overcoming covid, stroke and being dropped on her head, I was the main point of contact to help expedite resolving her case. My mother passed away this year in January 2022, but prior to her passing, we tried so hard to get this case settled because my mom was not doing good. I contacted the law firm 2-3 times a week trying to get an update and I did not begin to get any follow up until February 2022. I was advised to retrieve a letter of administration over my mom’s estate and that’s what I did. I followed all of the court instructions and the processing time took about 2 months for everything to get published with the court. I did everything Emily Rogers told me to do, only to receive a phone call from someone I have never spoken with before, and they informed me that John Foy would no longer represent my mom and I because of the time it took to retrieve admin rights. My experience was horrible thanks to Nicole Crawley and Emily Rogers. Because of poor communication and the fact that Emily Rogers had a chance to help my mom while she was still alive, but opted to treat her like a number and not a person, I am not able to get justice for my mom being carelessly dropped on her head after she overcame covid and a stroke. Once my mom died, this law firm no longer cared to do the right thing for my mother. We typically shy away from gimmicks and ambulance chasers. However, we needed strong arms and the weight of a good brand to help us through a very trying time. We needed someone to pick up the pieces of our situation we didn’t have capacity to handle properly and to do so with efficiency and professionalism. Danielle Wrick, at John Foy& Associates, did just that while having genuine care for our well being and outcome. I am not satisfied with the service that I received from my attorney lack of communication on my case is why I terminated John for an associates and then being talked over while I’m trying to explain or get information about my case but I was talked over by the attorney and was not giving updates I had to call in and personally get my updates so John foreign associates dropped the ball on this case and I will encourage people to not not call this law group
